As our Brisbane studio continues to grow its role on major infrastructure and transport programs. We are seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to take on a Package Lead role within large, complex projects.

About the Role
This role is suited to a senior practitioner with proven experience leading defined work packages within major infrastructure projects. You will operate at the intersection of design, delivery and leadership - coordinating teams, managing interfaces, and acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and delivery partners.
Working closely with Directors, Senior Associates and project partners, you will contribute to the successful delivery of projects across concept design, detailed design and construction, while also supporting team performance and capability within the Brisbane studio.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage work packages on complex infrastructure and precinct‑scale projects
- Coordinate inputs across disciplines, consultants and stakeholders
- Manage scope, programme, quality and interface risks at package level
- Act as a key liaison with clients, approval authorities and delivery agencies
- Provide leadership, mentoring and technical guidance to project team members
- Ensure design intent, quality and technical rigour are maintained through all stages
- Contribute to project planning, resourcing and delivery strategies
- Support bids, proposals and strategic project pursuits as required
About you
You may not meet every criterion below, but we’re keen to hear from you if you bring:
- 8+ years’ experience in landscape architecture, urban design or architecture
- Demonstrated experience delivering large‑scale infrastructure or transport projects, ideally within alliances or JV environments
- Proven experience leading packages or significant project components across multiple stages
- Strong understanding of infrastructure delivery frameworks, governance and stakeholder environments
- Confidence managing programmes, consultants and client relationships
- Clear, collaborative communication and leadership style
- Ability to balance strong design intent with practical delivery outcomes
- Advanced Revit, Vector Works and 3D / BIM capability
- Queensland project experience (highly regarded)
