ASPECT Studios is a purpose orientated, design led landscape architecture and urban design practice. With operations across Australia, Asia and the Middle East, our studios believe in the power of design to positively change people’s behaviour and lives, the environment and the planet.
Our Adelaide studio is located in the heart of the city in Rundle Mall, easily accessible by public transport and surrounded by parks and open spaces. The studio is a beautiful space to work, with a relaxed, collaborative, and easy-going feel. Our team believes each person should have their own individual career path with opportunities to grow and learn. The studio can offer this through bi cultural design opportunities, diverse projects on state, national and even international scales, and a studio structure that is designed to facilitate robust support, learning and development. We are therefore seeking like-minded individuals who can complement and expand our aspirations.
About You
ASPECT invites applications from recent graduates who are degree qualified in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Design, or similar design professions. Our ideal candidates will be proactive, hard-working, passionate individuals with excellent teamworking and communication skills. With a creative flair, you will have a natural ability to learn new software, innovate and contribute creative design solutions.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Up to 2 years work experience
- Basic documentation experience in CAD.ie. Vectorworks or AutoCAD,
- Basic knowledge in Revit 3D (highly desirable)
- Experience with using Adobe Creative Suite.
- A general aptitude for design and documentation,
- Good planting / vegetation knowledge desirable, and
- Some knowledge of local design issues e.g. planning and vegetation.
